Cannon Construction was launched in the summer of 1995 by the director Graham Cannon.
He served his apprenticeship in City & Guilds and Advanced Craft with E.J.Kingdoms, a local building company, doing a variety of projects before setting out on his own. Cannon Construction is based in Chulmleigh which is pretty much in the middle of Devon.
The company has grown over the years and now has 4 full time builders plus subcontractors that have been with the company for many years.

Cannon Construction and its sister company Oakjacks carry out a wide variety of work, from new builds, renovations and barn conversions, to oak frames, oak doors, windows and a large selection of kitchens. Where our passion really lies is in unusual conversions of existing properties that are looking tired or perhaps are poorly laid out. We enjoy seeing the results of bringing them back to life with a hint of contemporary that blends in with more traditional properties.
Over the years we have completed many new builds and barn conversions, indoor pools and holiday cottages. We have also completed some large commercial buildings and have worked in London, Essex, Bristol and Warrington. If it's different or unusual then Cannon Construction will love it.
